And what happens next.
I'm Harsh, a performance marketer based in Mumbai. My experience spans 400+ ad accounts, and I'm still curious about what makes a campaign work.
The portfolio grew from 150 accounts to 400+ while I built the operation behind it: the SOPs, the reporting, the training. Team numbers are team numbers, so I've labelled what was mine and what was ours.
One operation, two ways of looking at it: the scope I work at, and the thinking behind how it runs.

Search, Performance Max and local campaigns for businesses whose leads have to convert offline, in a chair or on a call.
For the demand that isn't searching yet, built to be measured against the same standard as search, not on engagement.
The account that used to work and now doesn't. I find where the money is leaking and what to do about it this week, not next quarter.
GA4 and GTM set up so the conversion numbers mean something, and reports that say what happened instead of flattering the month.
SOPs, QA, training and reporting structures for teams that have outgrown doing it by memory. This is most of my day job.
I started at the bottom of this operation and ended up running it.
Intern in 2019, Head of Operations by 2024. In between: a team lead role over 22 specialists, and the unglamorous work of writing the SOPs, reporting and training that let the portfolio grow from 150 accounts to 400+ without falling over.
What working with me feels like: you get the honest read. If a month was bad, my report says the month was bad and what we're changing. I stay in the accounts because you lose the plot fast when you only ever see the summary tab. And I'm at my most useful when spend is spiking, leads are dropping, and there's a call in an hour.

What the business actually sells, what a good lead is worth, and what counts as a win by when.
Fix the measurement first. Half of what looks like a campaign problem is a tracking problem.
Structure the account so the budget goes where intent is highest, and so it stays legible six months later.
One variable at a time, long enough to mean something. Creative and message get tested as seriously as bids.
Keep what worked, cut what didn't, write down why. That's how the next account starts ahead.
I'm learning as I go, and sharing what I pick up along the way.

Mumbai-based, 24. Football and badminton every week, long climbs and long rides when I can get away. That's where I do my clearest thinking about the accounts I've left open on my laptop. Gym three times a week keeps everything else in balance, and I make a genuinely good cup of chai.
Send me the account, the problem, or just the question. No form, no funnel. It comes straight to me.
